Only the information needed to operate the review.

Under Review has no advertising system and does not use behavioral tracking. Information is processed to display project media, authenticate contributors, and preserve review decisions.

Information processed

• Account identity supplied during authentication, such as name and email address.
• Review metadata including ratings, tags, selections, notes, comments, and audit events.
• Routine server records needed for security and reliability, such as request time, path, status, and network address.

Source media

Source media remains with its designated provider. When a workspace uses Frame.io, the browser may request thumbnails, playback proxies, downloads, or original links directly from Frame.io domains. Under Review stores catalog references and review metadata rather than silently claiming ownership of that media.

Retention and correction

Review metadata is retained for project continuity and accountability. Contributors should contact the person who provided their workspace link to request an access, identity, or data correction.

Sharing

Information is used to operate the workspace and its configured infrastructure providers. It is not sold or used to build advertising profiles.
